    About the Book

    Edit

hannah strippelhoff is an aspiring human who embodies the grief + glory of everyday life. her sensitive spirit has experienced many eye-opening events including growing up at an international boarding school, pediatric cancer, adoption of siblings, living internationally, navigating mental health, chronic illness, and long COVID. creativity + play are ways hannah expresses the complex tension between sorrow + joy. her words are seasoned with a calm, compassionate, and courageous flavor as she shows up + shares wholeheartedly. she is learning to love her here-now life, making a home within a body that doesn't always seem safe, and learning to let love lead her through liminal spaces. hannah is 24 years old and lives with her husband, blayne, and their cat, mocha in North Lexington, KY. they both feel a deep calling + commitment to cultivating a sense of connectedness within their community. she holds a bachelors degree in social work and intercultural studies and a masters in social work.

for fun, hannah enjoys quality time with those she loves. rock climbing, gardening, thrifting, kombucha brewing, and sourdough baking are some of her hobbies. hannah has a heart for homemaking as a way of living a simple + sustainable life. she dreams of some having a micro business where she can share this gift with others some day. hannah write words which flow from her heart with the hope they they heal your heart too. you can connect + explore more of hannah's words on her sub stack, photo fridays.
