The goal was always to have a magazine that centered filmmaking in all its facets. Physical media we fear is a dying art and we want to ensure that it sticks around and finds a home on your shelf or coffee table.

Not only do we want to keep print alive, but we also want to highlight the many artists that intersect in the world of motion picture. At Slated Cinema, we believe everyone has a story to tell, from above the line to below it. We want to hear from directors and crew members alike, and shine a light on their skill and artistry, while also connecting you all with one another.

Slated at its core will always be about connection through artistry and we hope that you find yourself flipping through our pages and are inspired to create something. And who knows, maybe one day soon you'll flip to a page with your work thoughtfully splashed across it.
