About
I was born in Oregon and raised on the west coast and in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains of Montana. My study of the DOR began while I was a junior at Anaconda Senior High in Montana and in the early 1970s I moved to Santa Cruz, California where I furthered my art studies under mentor Suzanne Gibson. My educational background beyond high school and a brief stint at Rogue Community College in my birth town Grants Pass, Oregon has been self sought and I have been fortunate enough to have been tutored by some very bright and kind people, my good friend Gavin Bjork especially. I love art and science and get most inspired when they come together. I think of myself as a very basic, down to earth sort of guy that found something special that I think is worth sharing. Thanks for reading my bio and I hope you will support research of the DOR by purchasing this book.
