My name is Jenner Southerland, a 40-something, single, late-blooming entrepreneur.

Approximately 7 years ago, I was working a dead end customer service job for a financial services company when our entire department was laid off! It turned out to be a HUGE blessing! I used my new found freedom to open a Personal Chef business. Also with that new freedom, I decided to travel more.

My first destination: Florence, Italy. I immediately fell in love! While I love cooking for my wonderful clients from around the world, Florence is now my passion! I have started yearly tours of Tuscany through my business so people can discover Tuscany as a local, not a tourist.

Many people dream of traveling to Tuscany, I hope this book helps to fuel those dreams to eventually make them come true. This book will be the first of several, with the others focusing on different parts of Tuscany I have been fortunate enough to visit during my travels.
