Moving to Nova Scotia from New York city in 1987 i was struck by the contrast between my previous home and my new home. I had emigrated from a chaotic, energized and insistently in your face world to one that was well ordered, calm and often courteous. a place that at first seemed familiar but the more I got to know it the less familiar it became. As i began to explore my new home and look closely with my camera I found Space and Time in Nova Scotia.
