The processes and decisions made are examined to ensure integrity principles are engrained in the functions and authority. Some decisions in the past appear to have been political ignoring the principles of integrity. If there are processes still in place within this department which do not ensure the integrity of decisions they will be identified and suggestions made for required changes.
