    About the Book

    Edit

When your world is swirling and you feel out of control, you need clarity. Who do you turn to when you need someone in your corner? It might be your spouse, a family member, a co-worker or a friend. Different situations call for different skills. Learn how to choose the right people to be in your corner. People who are competent. People you can trust.

17 Cornerman Situation Analysis cards are introduced in Lesson Two. Work through a few questions from the cards. Allow DramaGuru Revelation to unfold! Your answers help to build a frame around the fight, argument, disagreement or bumpy relationship.

Learn how to determine whether your situation is Code Yellow moving towards Code Red. Figure out what's in your blind spot and why you're ignoring it. Sort through who is on your side, supporting you and who is pretending. Map out the fight to reveal patterns that can be interrupted two steps ahead. Choose the right person, trustworthy and competent, to have in your corner.

I am currently creating storyboards for a movie / TV series featuring the adventures of DramaGuru and Agent September as they share stories from their Angel Cornerman case files. Brave Angels battle Fierce Demons in three (3) rounds, vying to win the soul of a human being. The first season has 16 episodes. The plan is to create five (5) seasons, starting with the White Belt level and progressing through Blue Belt, Purple Belt, Brown Belt and finally, Black Belt level case studies. Learn how to navigate those difficult, complicated conversations that leave you tongue-tied or saying things you later regret. Call it verbal jiu jitsu or Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) for your mouth. Whatever you call it, practice makes perfect. Always, be ready!
