This book is the result of ten years of trying to get laid. As a journalist, I'm interested in the variegate forms this pursuit can take in a city the size and scope of Manhattan. I've also profiled various people who are driving sexual practice forward like Bruce LaBruce, Amanda Lepore, Diamanda Galas and Peter Berlin.
