We are a family who loves animals. In 2019, we adopted a Frenchie named Louie, that was not his name when we adopted him. Louie's new home was filled with two adults and three dogs. Louie was reserved when he arrived. Louie did not know his name, how to play, was not potty trained and obviously did not spend a lot of time in the house. Louie wanted the sole attention and affection. Our mission was to give Louie the best home possible and teach him how to live in a home with other dogs. This meant Louie must learn how to share us with others. Our life with Louie is enriching, stressful, comical, patience testing and downright amazing. Louie is not the only dog in the house, but he is the dog that people seem to fall in love with during their first interaction. We have accepted Louie for all that he is, and we wanted the opportunity to share our special dog with all of you and all our other dogs too. This is how my writing adventure began with Louie GrumpyPants by my side.
