About the Book
This book has been carefully created by myself to help people with their mental health. I have struggled with mental health since I was a teenager, and this year at the age of 23 I was finally diagnosed with anxiety, depression and PTSD. I started journalling and this has changed my life forever. Now I want to help others do the same so I created this journal with all the important sections that helped me in my journey.
