About the Book
These photographs were made on two trips in the summers of 2014 and 2024, in Switzerland, France, and Germany. Not being enthusiastic about air travel, my reluctancy gradually transformed into delight as I visited and reconnected with old friends and places.
My gracious hosts were Trudy Liniger, Mike and Vera Dickman, Lama Tenzin Samphel and family, and Erich Heimbach.
This work is dedicated to them.
