About the Book
'The Puddle' is a book explaining what happens to us in grief, an experience that every single one of us shares, whether we are aware of it, or not. Grief is written in our stories, "but it doesn't have to take up the whole page".

Hi :) I'm Amelia. Thanks for being here! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (in California) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (in Washington) and in my work as a therapist and supervisor, and my life as a regular ol' human, I've learned how pervasive some of our shared mental health struggles are, and honestly, how straightforward a lot of them can be to overcome, and even befriend, if we can engage with ourselves and our stories with some kindness and compassion. I am grateful for being able to provide tools to support this individual and collective healing, and hopeful that my goal of 'Mental Health for the Masses' is possible.
