Rolando Rios was born in Sucre, Bolivia in 1947, he studied electrical engineering in Switzerland from 1966 to 1972, and got married in 1971, he was back in Bolivia and worked in the mining industry for six years, in 1980 came to Costa Rica where he lives. He is a passionate amateur photograh from 1965.
