    About the Book

    Edit

With the resurrection of Jesus came an unprecedented event never before experienced in Israel. The inclusion of Gentile Believers into Judaism through faith and grace in Yeshua.
The problem was teaching the gentile believers what it meant to be followers of Jesus. Tanakh was precisely designed for the task, but the Rabbis, Teachers, and Scribes were not.
    • Messianic Judaism was in shambles.
    • Nobody knew how to initiate new converts from paganism into Judaism, given the hostile climate of the political structure in Jerusalem.
    • There needed to be a standard set forth by an authoritative Messianic Jewish body.
    • 70 men were chosen as the first Messianic Sanhedrin.
    • A Chief Rabbi and Ruling Judge was appointed. There would never be a Gadol Cohen because Jesus is our High Priest. This was the first Halakhic decree.
    • The number one issue was the halachic. What was the standard, the propriety by which believers in Messiah should live?
    • Ya’akov was chosen to fill the role of the Chief Rabbi of the Messianic Sanhedrin and its chief rule maker and Judge.

Our Mission To trust, follow, and worship Jesus the Messiah. We glorify His Truths with all of His people in His wholeness and completeness as Messiah (Genesis 16:13), Provider (Genesis 22:14), healer (Exodus 15:26), and Restorer. (Psalm 23:1). Our Vision We are committed to restoring Biblical truths and roots to the lives of all believers while applying the “Great Commandment” (John 13:34-35) and “Great Commission” (Matthew 28:18-20) in both Word and Deed. Our Call To reach Jew and Gentile, transcending the Expanded Community, the State, the Nation, and the World with and through the “Whole Word of God.” (Hosea 2:23, Matthew 13:52). To present an atmosphere that can embrace Jews and Gentiles and empower them through our Spiritual and biblical roots. (Isaiah 40:1-2, Romans 1:16) To set people free from slavery, bondage, oppression, and sin. (Deuteronomy 6:20-21, Galatians 5:1)
