New digital drawings from the studio of Allyson McDuffie, whose work draws primarily from childhood memories – the objects, animals, people and places near her hometown in Ohio, as well as daily observations of her environment. Some incorporate sub-themes on consumerism, cultural debris, poverty, loss, memory recall, dementia, queer migration, societal “norms” and queer identity.
