While life is measured by accomplishments, Art can only be measured by attempts at its beginnings. Fragments of correspondence and art featured here are dedicated to all denied a farewell by COVID-19 pandemic. In memory of Peter David Prout (1957 - 2021), who, quoting Kafka said: anyone who cannot come to terms with his life while he is alive needs one hand to ward off a little his despair over his fate… but with his other hand he can record what he sees among the ruins.
