'Louis, Amor' is a poetry collection written in English and Spanish. Based on a true story, the poems are assembled into four sections to reflect the four stages in a romantic relationship: Euphoria, Attachment, Crisis, and Recovery and Growth. 'Louis, Amor' is an unplanned journey of pure joy, unanticipated sadness, and growth. It’s also an urge to find self love and to change public perception of the saying “happily ever after”. But above all, it’s me offering comfort to the ones who need it the most.
