Born to Elsie and William Wilson on 24th December 1939. Ann Brown grew up during the second world war in the tenements of industrial glasgow and spent most of her childhood there. All of her poems are derived from personal experiences and events she has come across in her everyday life.



This book is a humorous look at life and traditions in Scotland.
