Remember how you have bravely overcome the hurdles in your past experiences! Don't let the current pandemic get to you. Chances are, you have experienced and withstood unforeseen major life disruptions in your daily life such as the 9/11 attacks, the financial crisis of 2008, recent Government shutdowns, tornadoes, and other disasters. You withstood, made it through, and most importantly gained invaluable experience on how to survive. You came out stronger thanks to these disruptions. Know that you will get through the turbulent COVID-19 pandemic and the ensuing chaos. Remind yourself of your resilience every day! It behooves to focus on the positive aspect. In doing so, you'll notice that you do have the strength and resolution needed to endure the curveballs of 2020. Concentrate on activities that are positive, stress reducing, heartwarming, and laughter-inducing! We're in this together, and together, we will get through this!
